ONE seeks to differentiate itself from all real estate development buildings in San Jose. It seeks to challenge the typical vertical design in which the levels are totally repetitive and manages to give a different identity to each apartment. It is thought from the inside out, where the internal spaces are perfectly rectangular and easy to furnish, seeking to take advantage of every square meter inside each house; and from the outside in, to demonstrate that a light, moving, challenging and fun design can beautify the city.

 

The design concept is based on rectangular modules that give life to the building, sliding laterally and back and forth, giving an identity to each module and generating overhangs and terraces that differentiate the apartments from each other. The materials used represent the solidity and lightness of concrete and wood, designed for minimum maintenance and durability over time. These materials achieve an impact and play of modernity and elegance that allows to be timeless.

 

The project seeks a lot of inspiration in each space that the person walks through, both in the apartments, as in their common areas and even seeing it from the street for a pedestrian walking through the area.
