We created a 12-story residential building surrounded by a park, wild green areas and a river, in San José, Costa Rica.The site for the project was full of century-old trees with beautiful heights. We designed the building among the trees, having one specifically, so close to the balconies that you can touch the leaves.

The building was designed with a predominant horizontal sequence and all slabs of different shapes. With this movement on the façade we created a dynamic rhythm that communicates with pedestrians as people pass by. With a park in front of the building, the views become green and tranquil. We incorporated sliding window systems that open to the park and your living room becomes a terrace.

We designed a training pool, spa area and gym area for users to enjoy the common spaces.
The apartments measure between 300 square meters and 500 square meters, all fully customized apartments for their users, with unique finishes and different styles inside.
